Take a mid-semester breather without leaving campus! Stop by Cyclone Support Central for a “staycation” style reset with a hydration and snack bar, 5-minute chair massages, pet therapy (Barks@Parks style!), and other wellness activities.

You’ll also have an opportunity to learn more about Cyclone Support Central drop-in wellness and programming, as well as Cyclone Support Navigators (student staff who help connect students to support) and Cyclone Support Training for faculty/staff and student leaders.
